We are Slow Fashion Show: a platform that promotes all forms of experiencing slow fashion. In June, we will once again transform the Tolhuistuin into a paradise for fashion lovers. Will you help us make it a huge success?

Throughout the year, we organize all kinds of events in Amsterdam, especially in Amsterdam North. As the icing on the cake, we are going all out on June 28 at the Tolhuistuin. It will be our biggest and most versatile event to date! Expect a vibrant day full of young makers, creative musical talent, a gigantic clothing swap, and all kinds of workshops that young people can participate in at any skill level.

We are looking for:

👕 Swap support
Help with receiving, sorting, styling, and hanging clothing items. Your eye for style is more than welcome!

📣 Reach & Network
Do you have a good network among young people in Amsterdam? Do you have ideas on how we can also reach harder-to-reach target groups? Then we would love to brainstorm with you.

🛠️ Workshop support & makers
We already have strong workshop leaders, but extra help is welcome. Are you good at repairing, upcycling, or do you make inspiring things yourself that you would like to share? Come put your talent to use!

💪 Hands-on Production Superstars
Are you a go-getter and do you love keeping things running smoothly? We are also looking for people to help with the practical production of the event.

What do we offer?
You will become part of a warm, diverse, and creative group of people aged 16 to 56. We are open, inclusive, enthusiastic, and have fun doing what we do. You will learn new skills, meet great people, and contribute to an important social cause.

Language is no problem
Don’t speak Dutch? No worries. If you speak good English, you can participate just fine.

Who are we?
Our mission is to inspire young people between the ages of 12 and 20 that slow fashion is not only better for people and the planet, but also much more creative, social, and budget-friendly. We do this by organizing large events that always feature a big clothing swap, along with inspiring making and styling workshops, creative collaborations, and cool partners and initiatives.
