Trans Art School (TAS) is looking for an enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team.

Your role
Are you organised, communicative, creative, and passionate about working with people? Would you enjoy being part of an inclusive and inspiring team?

You’ll help us keep things organised and make sure everyone stays connected.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Maintaining contact with participants, teachers, organisations, and other partners
• Helping to organise workshops, activities, and thematic meetings
• Supporting team members with practical and organisational tasks
• Managing emails and responding to enquiries
• Maintaining contact with people interested in TAS
• Managing and updating registration forms
• Coordinating with our communications team and social media manager
• Staying in close contact with the wider Trans Art School team
• Helping with general administrative and organisational tasks
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience or an interest in communication, marketing, or public relations
• Communicates clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English
• Is organised, accurate, reliable, and trustworthy
• Enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Can switch easily between different tasks
• Is flexible and able to work independently
• Works well as part of a team
• Can work from home and/or on location when needed
• Is easily reachable by email and WhatsApp
• Is open to working within a trans-inclusive organisation
Experience with volunteer coordination or event organisation is welcome, but enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
