About the Event
On 22 November 2026, the Dutch Final of Top Model Europe will take place at the beautiful Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen.
Supporting our partner organization, are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to support the organisation of this special international fashion event.
Volunteers will help welcome guests, assist visitors, support VIP hospitality and contribute to the smooth running of backstage operations.
You will become part of an international event, bringing together models, fashion designers, press, photographers, VIP guests and professionals from the fashion industry.
No previous experience in the fashion industry is required. A friendly attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to work as part of a team are what matter most!
Volunteer Positions & Responsibilities:
We are looking for volunteers for the following positions:
1. Wardrobe & Cloakroom – 2 volunteers
• Welcome guests and receive their coats.
• Issue cloakroom tickets and manage stored belongings.
• Working hours: 16:00-23:00.
• Volunteers can rotate hourly to give both the opportunity to watch parts of the fashion show.
2. Press & VIP Reception – 3 volunteers
• Welcome press photographers and invited guests.
• Check press badges and credentials.
• Manage guest check-ins and provide reception assistance.
• Working hours: 14:00-18:00.
3. Backstage Model & Designer Assistants – 3 volunteers
• Assist fashion designers backstage.
• Help models with quick outfit changes.
• Organise clothing racks and prepare outfits.
• Ensure models are ready and in position before their runway appearances.
• Working hours: 10:00-22:00.
4. Guest Reception & Seating Assistance – 2 volunteers
• Welcome arriving guests.
• Guide visitors and business professionals to their reserved seats.
• Help ensure a smooth reception and seating process in the main hall.
• Working hours: 16:00-18:00.
5. VIP Table Hosts – 2 volunteers
• Welcome VIP guests and guide them to their designated tables.
• Assist guests throughout the drinks and three-course dinner serv
