Digital Exchange Coordinator

Sister Schools is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic classroom coordinator/facilitator who can become part of the MoMo Education team of volunteers.

In Kenya, Bangladesh and in the Netherlands the volunteer teams help to create equal opportunity to quality (digital) education by offering global citizenship education in both primary and secondary schools.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in digital communication tools.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
Passionate about education, technology, and cultural exchange.
Availability to volunteer in-person within a classroom (during daytime).

Task description:
The Digital Exchange Coordinator at MoMo Education is responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at promoting and managing digital educational exchanges across a global platform. This individual will ensure the smooth scheduling and operation of the digital exchange programs, manage the functionality and content of the Digital Educational Exchange Platform (DEEP), and foster relationships with schools, volunteers, and partner organizations to align with MoMo’s educational objectives.

Additionally, the coordinator will assess the impact of these programs, adapting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Managing volunteer involvement is also key, ensuring their effective integration and contribution to the community. Ultimately, the coordinator will champion the values of MoMo Education by promoting global and technological literacy across diverse channels. This role not only demands strong organizational and leadership skills but also a deep commitment to MoMo’s mission of enhancing global education through technology and cultural exchange.
