We are looking for a volunteer to assist as with the following tasks for a number of hours a week:
– Opening, managing and closing vacancies on the various recruitment websites
– Planning of interviews for the different vacancies with the preferred candidates
– Ensure that the members of the interview panels have all the information they need to conduct the interviews
– Manage communication with candidates
– Perform various administrative tasks for recruitment and HR
– English is a must, other languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish and Arabic are a plus
– You are IT savy knowing how to use email, internet and various microsoft programmes
