Handy volunteers needed this December!
Help assemble closets for our new shelter for Ukrainian refugees in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Join us and make a difference.

Care4Good Foundation may be small, but we dream big and we make it happen. Together with an amazing team of volunteers, we create warm, homelike shelters for people in vulnerable situations.

Right now, an empty office building near Sloterdijk Station is being converted into a shelter for 300 Ukrainian refugees. Renovations will be completed by the end of November, and from 1 December 2025, our foundation will start furnishing and decorating the space. With your help, we can make it feel like a true home away from home.

We’re looking for handy volunteers to help us assemble closets on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00. You decide when you want to come, even a few hours make a difference! If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, we’d love to have you join us. The building is easy to reach by bike, public transport, or car – with free parking on site.
