During the summer period, many tame rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and hamsters come to De Werf petting zoo and rabbit shelter to spend their holidays. The petting zoo is very happy with these boarders: the income is crucial for the continued existence of the petting zoo, which is visited more than 40,000 times a year.

We could use extra hands to help care for all these cuties. So do you like rabbits and rodents? Then you can indulge yourself with us during the summer holidays! The tasks include: cleaning the cages, providing water and pellets, refilling the hay and spoiling them with some fruit and vegetables.
