About Stichting Plan Angel
Stichting Plan Angel is an international non-profit organisation supporting Colombian adoptees and their biological families. We assist with family reunification, conduct research into adoption files, and provide information on the right to origin and identity.
The foundation is run entirely by volunteers and is supported by a strong international network in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Colombia.
Your role
As a Volunteer Financial Administration Assistant, you support our team with a range of financial and administrative tasks and help ensure that our daily operations run smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Maintaining and cleaning up general ledger accounts
• Processing bank statements
• Preparing monthly direct debit runs
• Entering and managing financial and administrative data
Your profile
We are looking for a committed and reliable volunteer who:
• Works in a structured, accurate and organised manner
• Has basic experience with administrative tasks and digital accounting systems
• Is able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Handles confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion

Time commitment
