We are looking for a legal expert; who can help us make good agreements with our partners in Nepal. It is important that the interests of the (orphaned) children are safeguarded as well as possible.

TAAKOMSCHRIJVING
The director will be in charge of revising the existing project agreement with the local Nepalese partners. This agreement must be supported by the statutes of the Nepalese partner organisation. Revision of the code of conduct for local government/staff/volunteers. The director consults independently with the cooperation partner. It is also important that the director can contribute ideas about how these children can be better represented in the local government.

Knowledge of children’s rights/willingness to delve into this. Must be able to translate ideas into practice, so that the new project agreement can actually be applied. Estimating not only what is desirable but also feasible under the circumstances in Nepal. The director contributes ideas about the policy to be pursued. The director consults with our Supervisor/ Director in Nepal.
