Are you fond of dogs? Do you enjoy going for walks and does having a four-legged friend by your side make you happy? But you don’t want to get a dog yourself (anymore)? The foundation OOPOEH can help you find an adorable dog to look after parttime.

As a dog sitter, you help a neighbor by temporarily looking after their dog. You decide how much time you want to dedicate to this role. Most dog sitters choose to care for a dog 1 or 2 days a week, but you can do more or less depending on your preferences and availability.

Dog sitting is very flexible. You can indicate when you are available and what type of dog you’d prefer to care for. The dog will be brought to your home and later picked up. This gives you the chance to enjoy the company of a dog without the long-term commitment of owning one.

What do you need for this role?
Experience with dogs is a plus, but definitely not required. The most important thing is that you love dogs and are willing to invest a bit of time and energy to make them happy.
Please note, this vacancy is only for people over 55 years old.

Working Hours
