🧶 Handcraft Atelier Facilitator (Thursday afternoons – 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Love knitting, crochet, embroidery, textile crafts, or simply creating together in a cozy and creative atmosphere? Then you might be the new facilitator for our Craft Atelier at Atelier 77 ✨
Every Thursday afternoon, neighborhood residents — both Dutch and international — come together to work on their own handcraft projects while enjoying conversation, connection, and creativity. For many participants, the social aspect is just as important as the crafting itself.
We’re looking for a warm, patient, and approachable volunteer who enjoys bringing people together and helping create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable. You don’t need to be an expert in every technique — enthusiasm, creativity, and kindness matter most.
💡 What will you do?
* Welcome participants and help create a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere
* Support people with knitting, crochet, embroidery, and other handcraft projects
* Encourage creativity, confidence, and social connection
* Share ideas, inspiration, and simple techniques where needed
🪡 About the atelier
The Craft Atelier takes place every Thursday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The structure and content of the atelier are flexible and shaped together with the sewing teacher and volunteer facilitator. We love when volunteers bring in their own ideas, interests, and creative style.
