Every Wednesday evening, you first do your own grocery shopping in a supermarket in Buitenveldert. Then you collect a number of crates filled with food that would otherwise be thrown away. You do need a car or a cargo bike for transport this crates. You then take the crates to the A.J.Ernststraat 195, in Buitenveldert And you’re done! The next day, on Thursday morning between 10 and 11:30 am, people from the neighborhood, who are also against food waste, can pick up the food. This is often a very pleasant meeting, with coffee, tea, something tasty and, above all, a lot of fun. Here too you are very welcome to fill your bag yourself and come and have a chat with your local residents. But that is, of course, your own choice. Does that seem like something to you?
