Volunteer one day at Forward Summit 2026 in Amsterdam and get the next day free to connect with corporate buyers and founders from across Europe. Meals included, no experience needed, just curiosity!
You’re in the middle of the action, meeting people from companies like Accenture, CBRE & EY, alongside founders and business owners building real change across Europe.
Forward Summit is brought to you by three organisations working to build a more inclusive European business community; the European Supplier Diversity Program (ESDP), the European LGBTIQ Chamber of Commerce (EGLCC), and telos (social enterprises). Together, they’ve built the summit around one simple idea: putting the right people in the same room Think corporate buyers looking for innovative suppliers, and underrepresented business owners ready to grow. By volunteering, you’re directly supporting that connection happen for 200 people a day. And here’s the best part: volunteer one day, and the second day is entirely yours. We welcome you to also come as our guest, sit in on sessions, and build your own network with everyone in that room.
You’ll be one of the people who makes this two-day European business summit actually run. From welcoming guests at the entrance, checking people in, guiding them to the right room to keeping sessions on track, or just being the friendly face people come to when they need help. Roles include Building Greeter, Registration & Check-in, Exit/Lanyard Collection, Speaker Coordinator, Room Host, Floater, Catering/Coffee Support, and Photo/Social Roamer. We’ll match you to something that suits you.
No experience needed, just a positive attitude, reliability, and comfort talking to new people. English is the main working language, so confidence speaking it is useful. Time-wise, we’re asking for one full day (5 or 6 November) at WTC Amsterdam, including a briefing beforehand.
What do you get in return?
A free day to attend the summit and network, meals on both days, hands-on events experience, and an experience you can use on your CV or LinkedIn. Plus a front-row seat to an event built around inclusion and opportunity and a great story for your next job interview.
