As a HelpDesk Information Officer, you have the opportunity to work both in-person and remotely. We work out of the gemeente office in Amstelveen, where you will provide resources, expertise, and coaching to newcomers in The Netherlands. You will need strong customer service skills, the ability to do research, and good communication in English (both writing and speaking). We offer regular professional development opportunities, the ability to build strong networks with Dutch and international colleagues, and social events with your fellow volunteers. For this role, we require a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week for 3 months. Interested?
