Every six weeks on Thursday evening, the community centre The Boomsspijker opens its door to young internationals living in Amsterdam Centre during the Comfy Food Night. We are looking for someone who enjoys welcoming visitors and making them feel at home

The Boomsspijker is a community centre in the Nieuwmarkt neighborhood. This is a place where local residents meet, develop their talents and create a cozy place for themselves. The Nieuwmarkt district is a creative neighborhood in history. As half of the residents in this neighborhood are internationals, our programme supports cultural diversity and inclusion.

Role Description:
Once every 6 weeks on Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. till 10:30 p.m.
– Setting the tables
– Welcoming visitors
– Serving food
– Cleaning up

We are looking for someone:
– who enjoys socializing/ making people feel welcome.
– is available from the beginning till the end of the evening.
– preferably someone living in Amsterdam Center or surroundings.
