ICT-er: who can help us solve iPad issues with JamF and Photosync
We work with a Mobile Device Management system: JamF. Your task will be to install, manage, and secure JamF on all our iPads. It is a management system that allows us to remotely control the iPads through an online JamF account and configure them with a special profile. This way, children can use the devices for filming, but for example, cannot change the settings. JamF can also push apps—such as Photosync—to all iPads. Using the Photosync app installed on the iPads, the material can then be uploaded to the cloud (Drive), where the editor can download it for editing.
We are looking for someone with experience in JamF who knows the JamF administration system and can answer the following questions: How do we add new iPads to the system? How can we fix errors within the system?
In addition, we use the Photosync app to upload material to our video Drive. We know how to use the app, but we don’t know how to solve problems if the app stops working.
