Have you lived in Amsterdam for at least 3 months? ACCESS Netherlands is a non-profit organisation looking for enthusiastic volunteers with a passion for learning and helping others.

Make a Difference for Expats in Amsterdam!
We work in partnership with IN Amsterdam, based at their office in the World Trade Center (WTC) in Amsterdam Zuid. Every day, expats arriving in Amsterdam come to us with questions about settling into life in the Netherlands — from housing and banking to healthcare, insurance, public transportation, taxation, and much more.

As a volunteer, you will provide information and practical guidance, from your personal experience as well as the organisation’s verified database and resources.

This is a great opportunity to meet people from around the world, share your experiences, and strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills by understanding clients’ questions and helping them find the right information.

What we are looking for:
– A commitment of approximately 6 hours per week
– Availability for at least 3 months
– An open, friendly, and helpful attitude
– An interest in supporting people who are new to the Netherlands
