Introduction
In 2025 we will celebrate Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary with the 10th edition of SAIL Amsterdam. During this unique event, ships, crew members and visitors from all over the world come together to celebrate nautical history and cultural diversity. It is a celebration for everyone, for Holland Waterland, connecting young and old from all cultures. But without volunteers no SAIL – get on board and #MakeAWave!

Position: Security
As a security volunteer, you are jointly responsible for the safety of visitors, crew members and crew during SAIL Amsterdam. You will ensure a welcoming and safe atmosphere, monitor compliance with rules and support the security team in a variety of situations. A keen eye and calm approach are important here.
