Justice for Women is looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to support us with our social media for a few hours per week.

Justice for Women is a Netherlands-based foundation dedicated to raising awareness of violence in all its forms, amplifying the voices of victims and survivors, and creating spaces for storytelling, education, art, and advocacy.

One of our key initiatives is Huu — an artistic and virtual storytelling project that brings together the voices and experiences of survivors from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Rwanda. Through art, digital storytelling, and immersive experiences, Huu creates a space where individual stories become part of a shared landscape of memory, resilience, and connection.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who understands social media and would enjoy helping us strengthen our online presence and grow our community.

You do not need to be available every day. We are looking for someone who can dedicate a few hours per week to helping us with things such as:

* Developing ideas for engaging social media content
* Advising us on what to post and when
* Helping us reach new and relevant audiences
* Growing our following organically
* Identifying people, organisations, and communities we should connect with
* Engaging with relevant accounts and encouraging people to discover and follow our work
* Supporting content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Helping us turn our existing stories, photos, videos, and project materials into engaging posts and Reels
* Thinking creatively about how we can increase our visibility and engagement

Who would be a good fit?

Someone with experience in, or a strong interest in, social media, communications, content creation, or digital marketing. You could be a student, young professional, freelancer, or simply someone who would like to use their skills to support a meaningful cause.

Experience with Instagram and an understanding of how to attract and engage an audience would be particularly valuable. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Reels, or other content creation tools is a plus.

In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful international project, gain practical experience, build your portfolio, and become part of the growing community around Justice for Women and Huu.

The role is voluntary, flexible, requires only a few hours per week, and can largely be carried out remotely.
