We like to get to know you: a subsidies expert, especially for our European growth ambitions and our digital educational activities in Africa. We are both looking for subsidies helping us create institutional growth and for project based subsidies.
Task description:
Together with a team of volunteers and in cooperation with the management team you will take the lead in the subsidy-strategy of Sister Schools. You will get enough support to build your own department and create the road for growth.
You will be supported by other (voluntary) teams working for Sister Schools (Marketing, Finance, Governance, Online Platform, R&D, Product/Educational Development)
You are asked to be proactive and take initiative
Weekly meetings with the Subsidy development group
Report back to the Sister Schools community on a monthly basis.
As a subsidy expert you are actively in contact with a relevant network and you will manage/ monitor the subsidized projects financially.
What can you bring to our team of volunteers:
– BA in Management -PR – communications- Business – Consultancy
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Experience in developing and writing subsidy proposals, especially in the field of European subsidies / development aid projects.
– Team player
– Willing to develop yourself and learn in an international (online) working environment
– Preferably you already have a network in either educational, international (European) relations and/or digital innovation.
