Have you ever met a deep-fried sausage with paws? An 85-year-old gentleman has one — his beloved Dachshund and loyal companion. Unfortunately, they don’t go out for walks as often as they should. That’s why we’re looking for a kind male neighbour who would like to accompany them on a short walk once a fortnight.
Both the gentleman and his furry friend spend too much time indoors. The little sausage has gained a few extra kilos, and staying inside isn’t doing their spirits much good either. A simple stroll around the block for some fresh air could make a world of difference to them both.
The gentleman can be a bit forgetful at times, so patience and understanding are essential qualities for this role.
If you’d love to meet him, we’d love to meet you first to get to know each other. This is intended to be a long-term arrangement; however, you decide how long you’d like to continue. Should it not be the right fit or your circumstances change, we’ll be happy to find another neighbour to take over.
