This Art Fair 2025 is looking for production assistants to be a point of contact for visitors.

As a production assistant, you are the first point of contact for our guests during the fair (June 6 to 8) and the preview (June 5). During the fair itself you will man the entrance or VIP reception, scan admission tickets and welcome visitors. You will answer visitors’ questions and keep an eye on the entrance. If necessary, you will assist with the related events or performances.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS ARE REQUIRED? There are both Dutch and foreign artists at the fair and during the fair we receive Dutch as well as foreign guests. Some knowledge of the English language is therefore a plus. There is no specific work experience required for the positions but a representative appearance and a customer-oriented attitude are important.

WHAT GUIDANCE ARE YOU OFFERED? You will be supervised by professionals and given a tour of the fair so that you get familiar with the exhibition site.

WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN? You will be part of a fun, dynamic team that organizes a fantastic art fair with minimal resources. In addition, volunteers receive a small compensation, lunch during their shift and unlimited access to the fair.

WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE OF THIS VOLUNTEERING? This Art Fair is organized by a small professional team and a large group of volunteers. The team is dynamic but close-knit. The event itself is very special: artists, art professionals and enthusiasts meet in an extraordinary place.

WORKING TERMS This Art Fair will be open from Thursday June 5 until Sunday June 8. You will be available for at least two half-days.
