– Exhibition schedule 2026-
• Cobra: More than Human – from 23 May 2026 until 22 May 2028
This completely renewed permanent collection presentation shows how Cobra artists, in the years following the Second World War, searched for freedom, experimentation, and new ways of seeing and creating. The presentation is organized around themes such as freedom, humanity and nature, play, and imagination, revealing Cobra as a movement driven by expression, collaboration, and artistic freedom.

• Wilde rokken. Cobra Art as Textile – from 24 April until 6 September 2026
This exhibition explores how Dutch textile printing companies collaborated with artists such as Constant, Corneille, Karel Appel, Anton Rooskens, and Anne Bonnet after the Second World War, and how these innovative designs initially sparked considerable debate. At the same time, Wilde rokken demonstrates how art, fashion, and everyday life became increasingly interconnected.

• Andy Warhol – from 24 April until 6 September 2026
Long before becoming a pioneer of Pop Art, Warhol designed playful textile patterns for fashion and interiors during the 1950s. With their striking motifs and use of repetition, these designs laid the foundation for the iconic visual language that would later make him famous around the world. This exhibition is being presented in the Netherlands for the first time.

To provide our visitors with an unforgettable experience, we are looking for volunteers who:
• Offer information to visitors
• Monitor the exhibition spaces
• Speak both Dutch and English

We’d love to hear from you if:
• You’re enthusiastic, open-minded and flexible
• You value hospitality and enjoy working with people
• You’re available at least once a week or on weekends
• You’re at least 18 years old

Interested or have any questions? Feel free to get in touch with me. You can contact Ryan at Museum Cobra to share your motivation or apply directly.
